Texting terms

These terms cover text messages from Stormpaid about your audit and calls with us.

1. What we text

Confirmations and reminders for calls you booked, and replies to messages you send us. Up to 4 messages per booking, plus replies. We do not send marketing blasts.

2. How you sign up

By checking the texting box on our audit form, or by asking us to text you. Signing up is optional. It is never required to get the report or to buy anything.

3. Stop anytime

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We send one message confirming you are opted out, then nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@stormpaid.com.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Stormpaid does not charge for texts.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or texting consent for anyone else's marketing. See the privacy policy.
