1. What we collect

• From forms on this site: your name, mobile number, email, company, CRM and the answers you pick.
• From calls and texts: notes from our calls with you, call recordings where we have told you the call is recorded, and the texts we exchange.
• From a CRM export you send us: the job data described on Your data.
• From your browser: basic technical data such as IP address and the page you came from.

2. How we use it

To prepare your report, schedule and hold calls, send confirmations and reminders, and run the service if you become a client. We do not sell your information.

3. Text messages

We text you only if you agreed to it, for example by checking the texting box on our audit form. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting the report or buying anything. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Full terms: Texting terms.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages for us.

4. Who else handles it

We use service providers to host this site and to run our phone, text, email and calendar. They process your information only to provide that service to us.

5. How long we keep it

A CRM export from someone who does not become a client is deleted within 30 days. Contact details and call notes are kept while we are in touch and deleted on request.

6. Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at hello@stormpaid.com. We answer within 30 days. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend them to everyone.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
